Research Study Objective


The study was carried out in March 2011 for a new business idea on the home interior design. The aim of the research was to determine detailed information related to:

How people decorate and design their home (kind of decoration, colours, etc.)
The reasons why people would prefer to purchase online rather than a physical store

Methodology: Self administered questionnaire (survey) using the Internet
Period: March 2011
Panel size: 435
Panel sample group: Private individuals from 25 years old, living in the UK and who own their home.
