A client wanted to launch a food & drinks delivery service in Stadiums (football, rugby etc.) using an app.

In order to do so, he needed to know if that would be of interest to spectators, how much of a fee they would be willing to pay for the service etc.

We have only surveyed respondents who have said to own a smartphone and have attended a sports event / music concert in the past 12 months.

Key Findings

Of the people who do not buy food and drinks at events; 36% have stated not to because of long queues (usually during half time).

Only 9% said they would not be willing to pay extra for the service.

The results of the research enabled our client to back his business plan when looking to raise funds.
