The study was carried out in November 2017 on the women’s views on the gender equality in the workplace. The aim of the research was to determine detailed information related to:

The number of individuals who affirmed that their gender has impacted their chances of receiving a promotion
The number of individuals who have been a victim of gender discrimination in the workplace

Methodology: Self administered questionnaire (survey) using the Internet
