Research Study Objective


The study was carried out in October 2017 to investigate which type of exercise individuals participate in, how often and what time of the day. The aim of the research was to determine detailed information related to:

The barriers prevent people from exercising more regularly
The average number of people who eat a healthy balanced diet and, if not, what prevents people from eating a healthy balanced diet

Methodology: Self administered questionnaire (survey) using the Internet
