The study was carried out on a new app for car maintenance in January 2017. The aim of the research was to determine detailed information related to:
How much respondents spent on servicing their vehicles every year
What preferences respondents had for servicing their car
What respondents would most like to see in a smartphone app focused around servicing vehicles
Methodology: Self administered questionnaire (survey) using the Internet Period: January 2017 Panel size: 530 Panel sample group: A mix of private individuals between 18-65 who have a driving license and drive / own a vehicle. A mix of male and female and across all social groups.
