The study was aimed to gain an understanding of why people chose to avoid sales letters or what encourages individuals to read sales letters. The aim of the research was also to determine detailed information related to:

How many respondents read sales letters
What actions respondents usually take in order to disregard an email
What actions respondents usually take in order to disregard a post letter
