Research Study Objective


The study was carried out in October 2015 on the Goodfood stall for those who have food allergies. The aim of the research was to determine detailed information related to:

The average number of people who notice it is difficult to find a “grab and go” food at train stations suitable for their allergies
What respondents would like to see on a stall that is suited to serving people with food allergies

Methodology: Self administered questionnaire (survey) using the Internet
Period: October 2015
Panel size: 280
Panel sample group: Private individuals aged 18-50, who live in work in London with a food allergy/ intolerance, who travel to work via London Rail stations
