The study was carried out on smartphone repairs in August 2013. The aim of the research was to determine detailed information related to:

The average quality of the customer services in the UK
The most common technical problems met with a smartphone
The way individuals repair their phone (how, time taken, cost, etc.)
Important factors/criteria for individuals when they look for repairing their phone

Methodology: Self administered questionnaire (survey) using the Internet

Panel size: 580
Panel sample group: Private individuals from 18 years old living in the UK who own a smartphone
