The study was carried out on a new language support service in August 2013. The aim of the research was to determine detailed information related to:

What type of business methods people use for understanding or translating business elements
What factors influence the choice of an external translator
How many people would be interested in a language support service

Panel sample group: Working private individuals from 18 years old living in the UK
