Self Car-Repair Centre

The study was carried out on a new concept for self car repair centres (i.e. self-use of a garage to repair a vehicle) between July and August 2012. The aim of the research was to determine detailed information related to:

How often people go to the repair centre for their vehicle
What people think of the "self car-repair centre" concept
How many people would be interested to the "self car-repair centre" service

Methodology: Self administered questionnaire (survey) using the Internet

Panel sample group: Private individuals from 18 years old living in the UK who own a car and/or a motorcycle
