Crêperie and Pancake Restaurant

Research Study Objective


The study was carried out on a new pancakes restaurant concept (also called "crêperie") in April 2012. The aim of the research was to determine detailed information related to:

The interest of the UK people in a restaurant specialised in crêpes or pancakes (savoury and sweet)
The kind of ingredients and fillings that potential customers would like to eat with their crêpes and pancakes
How much people would be willing to pay for a crêpes' meal

Methodology: Self administered questionnaire (survey) using the Internet
Period: April 2012
Panel size: 1040
Panel sample group: Private individuals from 18 years old living in the UK who have already eaten pancakes.
