The kind of ingredients and fillings that potential customers would like to eat with their crêpes and pancakes
How much people would be willing to pay for a crêpes' meal
Methodology: Self administered questionnaire (survey) using the Internet Period: April 2012 Panel size: 1040 Panel sample group: Private individuals from 18 years old living in the UK who have already eaten pancakes.
