The study was carried out on lifestyle and home services between February and March 2012. The aim of this survey was to determine:

The type of home services that the UK people use
The lifestyle and home services that people would use in the future
The main criteria that consumers have/would have to consider for consumer's providers

Methodology: Self administered questionnaire (survey) using the Internet
Period: February - March 2012

Panel sample group: Private individuals from 18 years old living in the UK
