Grocery shopping - Home delivery service

Research Study Objective:

The study was carried out on what people think of the grocery shopping and home delivery services between November and December of 2009. The aim of the research was to determine detailed information related to:

The methods that people use to choose their grocery shopping stores
The average number of people interested in this new business service

Specific topics that needed to be covered in the research include reaching out to private individuals aged 18+ years old living in the UK. To ensure the project was completed as per the strict standards required by the client, question no. 7 has a filter for people who have no difficulties to do grocery shopping which forward them to question no. 9.
As a result of the efforts made by the Marketest team, the client was highly satisfied with the 481 positive results and he recommended our services to other companies. The project was successful, and the research was used by the client for his project.
