The aim of this study is to discover whether respondents prefer doing online shopping or shopping in stores. Questions asked about:

Where respondents shopped online.
If respondents had any security concerns about shopping online.
How much respondents spent while shopping online.
Methodology : Self administered questionnaire (survey) using the Internet
Period : February 2017
Panel size : 2000 people interviewed
Panel Sample group : Private individuals living in the UK who do online shopping
