Research Study Objective:

The aim of this survey was to find out about consumer habits – both when online and when shopping in stores. The survey set out:

To determine what was most important to respondents when shopping online and in-stores.
To determine how the respondents made their purchasing decisions.
To determine what respondents were most likely to buy online and in-stores.
To determine what the respondents did to make themselves feel secure when purchasing online.
Methodology : Self administered questionnaire (survey) using the Internet
Period : September 2016
Panel size : 500 people interviewed
Panel Sample group : Private individuals aged 18+ living in the UK

A raw data excel file of the results. Every Colom of the file corresponds to a question and every line to a respondent.
