Research Study Objective:

The study was carried out in December 2015 on the importance that respondents would place on several aspects of estate agents services. The aim of the research was to determine detailed information related to:

What respondents feel it is the most important factor when choosing their estate agent
How the respondents would pick their estate agent
How much effort respondents would be willing to put in, in order to raise the value of their home
Methodology : Self administered questionnaire (survey) using the Internet
Period : December 2015
Panel size : 660 people interviewed
Panel Sample group : Private individuals between 35 and 65 years old living in the UK who are home owners

A raw data excel file of the results. Every Colom of the file corresponds to a question and every line to a respondent.
The excel file plus a report with tables and graphs. 1 Table and 1 Graph per question.
The essential package plus cross tabulation with demographic information (gender,age and SEC). 1 table per demographic information.
