The UK people's habits when they shop online (frequency, kind of products they buy, websites they use, etc.)
The people's worries and problems when they shop online
How many respondents would buy online again in the future
Methodology : Self administered questionnaire (survey) using the Internet
Period : May 2012
Panel size : 795 people interviewed
Panel Sample group : Private individuals between 20 and 60 years old living in the UK who shop online

A raw data excel file of the results. Every Colom of the file corresponds to a question and every line to a respondent.
