French Bakery

Research Study Objective:

The study was carried out on the French Bakery - concept store in September 2008. The aim of the research was to determine detailed information related to:

The reasons why people consume French pastries
The people’s approach to the French cuisine

Specific topics that needed to be covered in the research include reaching out to private individuals living in the UK aged between 18 and 65 years old who are used to eating French cuisine. To ensure the project was completed as per the strict standards required by the client, question no. 3 has a filter for people who have never tasted French pastries which move them to question no. 5. Moreover, all people who were not interested in the French bakery have been screened out from the study.
As a result of the efforts made by the Marketest team, the client was highly satisfied with the 286 positive results and he recommended our services to other companies. The project was successful, and the research was used by the client for his project.
